How do I set up a digital stamp card?
You can set up a digital stamp card in one sitting. Choose the reward and how many visits earn it. Add your logo and publish the card. Customers scan a QR code and save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Staff confirm each real visit from a phone at the till. Most shops finish the same morning.
1
How do I set the reward?
Pick the reward and how many stamps earn it, such as ten coffees or five haircuts. Add your logo and colour. Publishing the card is free when you do it yourself.
2
How do customers join?
They scan your QR code, enter a mobile number and tick consent. The card saves to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no app to download.
3
How do staff add a stamp?
Scan the card or type the customer's short code. The stamp shows on their phone before they leave. A free reward is issued when the card is full.
How do I choose the reward?
Write the reward the way you would say it at the till, such as a free flat white or a free haircut. Then choose how many verified visits earn it. Ten is a common coffee rule and five is a common haircut rule. You can change the words later and the cards update. You do not reprint a stack.
How do customers add the card?
Put one QR code where people pay. The customer scans it, enters a mobile number and agrees to join your programme. The phone offers Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already installed. The first save needs a tap from the customer. After that, new stamps show on the card without another install.
How does a visit become a stamp?
Staff open the till screen on a phone and scan the customer's code or type the short code. The stamp is saved only after the checks pass. By default the same customer waits about four hours before another stamp. You can change that wait. A full card creates the reward and redeeming that reward is not another stamp.
What do I need at the counter?
You need a phone or a tablet with a connection, plus the QR code for new customers. You do not buy a scanner, a printer contract or a new till. If the connection drops, the stamp is not confirmed until you are back online. Save the visit and confirm it then. A till can connect later through the API.
